It comes as no secret, Paris is my favorite place in the world- my heart home. Living in Paris changed me and returning to Paris revives me. The city is magic and it doesn’t take long to make that magic yours!

Wander (flâner) amidst the Haussmannian architecture, picnic in the gardens, get lost in the Louvre, sip coffee or wine on a terrasse, fill up on crêpes and vintage books, watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle– this magical city is meant to be shared. This is why Paris is also my favorite place to plan trips and travel with others time and time again!

Leslie Knope was right about so many things in life, especially when saying, “If you have the ability to go to Paris, by all means, go to Paris.”

When Does the Eiffel Tower Light Up & Sparkle?

Every evening the Eiffel Tower lights up within 10 minutes of sunset - the iconic golden lights are triggered by a sensor system designed to follow the daily light change rather than a certain time. Then every hour following sunset, Parisians and tourists alike stop...
